Re: How to let us know if the account holder has died

Mum died nearly 2 weeks ago. I've called, emailed, written in this forum, all to no avail. All I want to do is cancel her service and avoid costs at one of the hardest times in my life, yet all advisors and persons replying have acknowledged her death but have refused to cancel the account. I'm so sad and frustrated. Will cancel the direct debit and assume there will be a response then...

    the staff on here take a few days to reply so they should reply soon hope u get sorted

    I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your Mum.

    At what must be a very sad and stressful time for you and the family. I know you have more pressing things that need to be arranged.
