I am having the same problem.I ceased my tv with virgin and my netlfix acct shows virgin media ceased 30/12/23but since March virgin have started charging me £17.99 subscription for netlfix.Have made several phone calls to virgin but nobody seems to be able to give me a clear answer to why this is happening.Any advise would be gratfull
