Re: Account Number - where to find

I think my account number is [Removed] but I have no idea what the area number is. I live in Kent. Are you able to assist please? Also, I was told a few days ago that Virginmedia email has a "global outage" which should be fixed in 24-48 hours. Do you know whether this has been sorted out?

  • Hi I also cannot find my account number. I have called yourselves and I was asked for a password to which I do not know as I made the account 2 years ago. This is for my mobile with yourselves.
