Re: Account number - where to find it?

Hi,

I have the same issue, I do not know my account number, never got a bill, cannot login to the Virgin app without the account details. Please can you help me. I think you should have my mobile phone number to send a private message.

      Hi, I'm also struggling with account numbers, I never got sent this or my customer area reference. 
      It is just blank with a hyphen in the initial documents. 

      Please could you send via post or however else you can resolve this.

        We're sorry to hear you're also having an issue with viewing your account number. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. Just to set expectations, for security we're unable to give you the actual information however we can arrange for a contract to be re-sent which will show your account number 😊

        I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
