I had purchased the Gig1 Fibre Broadband student deal over a month ago and had everything delivered and installed for 3 weeks now, however I have still not received the Just Eat promo code that was meant to be sent to me as part of the student deal, how long should I have to wait for this and is this part of the promo still running?

We were made aware of some delays with the delivery of these code by universities holding them for seven days. Can you confirm (without giving the actual email address) if this was a university based email address or a personal one set by yourself?
Hi Robert, the email I had used was a university one yes. Would I need to contact them also for help?
Forum TeamThanks for this, we would advise reaching out to them as it may be seen as spam and not allowed to pass the filters your uni may have in place for security purposes. It can take up to 35 days from install to also be sent out.
Same thing happened to me I was told by virgin on the phone that I could use my personal email and the gift card would be sent but nothing has been. It’s really the only reason I chose the WiFi which has been cutting

Order was placed 28 August. I was on the website and then virgin called me and I completed it on the phone.
