£50 voucher???

I signed up using your student deal and supposed to receive a £50 just eat voucher?? Services have been active since the start of October and i haven’t received anything???

My partner was previously a virgin customer, we left and used another provider for a few years and i have signed up again and im disappointed in not receiving it :(

    Sorry to hear about your missing voucher. There's a great help page 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/gifts which outlines what to do when this happens. Please head to the section titled 'I have not received my gift / voucher after 45 days? What do I do?'. 

    Can you please confirm if it's been more than 45 days? We can then always send you a message if we need to investigate further or raise a complaint.

        My VM broadband was set up September 19th. After calling the number on the help page you linked in October, I was told that the processing of the voucher can take up to 60 days, as opposed to the 30-45 stated online. I called again in November and was told that it can take up to 90 days. After calling today, I was told that no such offer existed, or was ever offered by VM. This has obviously left a very bad impression on me as a customer.

        I hope to hear back from you so that we may resolve this issue.

  • i’m the same, took out contract September 29th, broadband installed 2nd october and still haven’t received anything??? 

  • still havent received mine, not in spam or junk of any inbox and it has been over 90 days since the start of my contract....

      Still, no one has reported on here that they have actually received the voucher.

        I also still haven’t had this. I even spoke to someone online and didn’t get anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous that I’ve been waiting 3 months for this to get sent to me

  • I am in the same boat! Bought in September and STILL haven’t been sent it. Absolutely absurd and a terrible outcome when for me it was a key reason to choose the broadband too!
