I purchased a broadband contract which involves a £50 just eat voucher and I've never recieved it and can't find where to redeem it. help.

Have you checked the spam/junk box of your ac.uk student email address?

14-35 days post installation, eligible student broadband customers will be sent an email to their '.ac.uk' student email address with details on how to claim their gift card. Customers will need to submit their claim online and will then be sent the gift card.
I have not received mine either and no one is responding, any advice?
I also have not received an email about the uber eats voucher. I signed up on the virgin media website and picked a student deal that very clearly stated that I would receive and uber eats voucher.
