Query on Current Bill

Hi

I'm contacting the Community as a last resort after spending hours going round and round in circles in my on-line VM account trying to speak to someone to get an answer to a simple question regarding the billed amount on my current bill.  The opening phone contact menu is so frustrating to use. The web site is not helpful nor is a BOT that doesn't understand the question.

In my previous bill which had a bill payment date of 11/02/25 the bill credit amount showed as £13 which it said was ending on 30/03/25 when my current contract ends.

In my latest bill just received the payment date showing is 11/03/25 and the amount of credit is showing as £7.80 which it also says is ending on 30/03/25 when my contract ends.

I want to know why the bill credit has changed from £13 in the 11/02/25 bill to £7.80 in my 11/03/25 bill.

VM really needs to do something to make it easier for loyal customers to make contact and get answers to straightforward questions.  This latest experience will influence my decision regarding contract renewal at the end of March 25.

Hope someone can give me the answer to my bill query.

    Thank you for taking the time to post in regards to the credit query, we're sorry to hear you've had issues getting to speak to the team to get this resolved or explained.

     

    From what you have advised, with the contract ending on the 30th March the difference would be the discount would only be valid till that date and as it isn't a full month the credit is worked out pro rata. This will be why it is £7.80 and not the £13.00 it has been for the previous full months.

     

    We hope this helps clear up any confusion.
