Hi all, took out a deal with a doorstep salesperson which promised £125 cashback that suprise, never appeared. I did the deal over the phone later on so have a call recording which I have sent to customer services, it clearly shows the promised cashback. C.S. say they can't listen to the file! No one seems bothered! Anyone know anyone it VM that will give a damn and sort it out? Even a complaint form got no response. Ombudsman for miss-selling?

We're sorry to hear you're waiting on a cashback reward. Based on your post, it sounds as though this was offered by a sales agent but you later took a deal via the phonelines. If this is the case, this could be why you've not received your reward.
