problem with bill, and cant speak to anyone

call cust services, and every option just sends a link, what is point of telephone as cant ever speak to anyone.. just gonna change provider and can take me to court for bill

    If you have a problem with your bill, you need to speak to one of the following people as we're not Virgin Media employees.

    You can speak to:

    • A staff member on the forums.
    • Someone on the telephone.
    • Virgin Media's social media team - they should be able to point you in the right direction.

    The chances of Virgin Media taking you to court for a bill is very unlikely, however they may send your account to a Debt Collections Agency.
