Problem logging in

I tried to log in but they ask about my virgin media id and I have no idea what that is. Also I ordered the broadband and everything worked well but now I don't know how to log in , how to pay for next month and so on. I spoke with an advisor online and he was not able to confirm my identity because I didn't remember the due date . I really don't know what to do now? I didn't received any letter or email from virgin media !?!? With details or something

    Or is it making an online account or even both?

      Hi roxanna29, 

      Thanks for coming back and confirming that for us. In order to log in to My VM, you need to have a VM O2 ID. You can create this by clicking here. You'll need to type in an email address and will need to follow the steps. It will then allow you to connect your VM account to the ID. Once you've done this, you can then log on to check your account, bills and information.
