Problem adding my account
Hello. In September I started my broadband contract with Virgin Media. Since then, I trying several times adding my account to my Virgin Media Profile. Every time I put my account number and Surname it says “customer not found”. I have tried to send several emails to virgin media but had no response. What can I do about this? I need to have access to the app to access my bills
