Problem adding my account

Hello. In September I started my broadband contract with Virgin Media. Since then, I trying several times adding my account to my Virgin Media Profile. Every time I put my account number and Surname it says “customer not found”. I have tried to send several emails to virgin media but had no response. What can I do about this? I need to have access to the app to access my bills

    We don't use email as a contact method which would explain the reasons you haven't heard back form us, all of our contact methods can be found here. Can you confirm what your query is please? 

     

    Are you looking to add this to an existing online account or set up an online account? Are you trying this using the 'Register' option here and getting the above error?

      Hi Robert,

      Thank you for your quick answer. I was trying to add my account to an online account, but if I try the second option you sent me (with the link) it also says that the customer was not found and to contact Virgin Media so they can register my account.
