Hi I had a renewal email so I clicked on it to see what price they were offering me but I wanted to change the renewal so I did not sign up to it but then I had a email saying here is my pre-contract and I never signed anything. I recived 2 emails with 2 different pre-contract numbers. I just woundered if anyone else this has happened to as well and if they got it sorted.

Thanks for this information it was very helpful as I thought they had signed me up. They should not send it out as a pre-contract as it is very confusing.
