Pre-Contract Info/Contract/Account Date and Amount Discrepancies

Back in June I received an offer via email to recontract, accepted it and received a pre-contract document quoting an amount of £43, increasing to £46.50 in April 2026, then £75.50 in Jan 2027.

The amounts quoted in this document are what I was shown in the offer I received and what I agreed to.

The next day I received the actual contract which shows a price of £43.50, increasing to £47 from April 2026, then £79 from December 2026.

When I check my account on the My Virgin Media app, or the website, it shows that my contract is expiring in November and my price will be increasing to £75.50 from then. Although my bills show that this is the actual price of my package and I'm currently receiving a discount that brings it down to £43, which should be active until December 2026.

This whole situation is quite confusing as it seems I should be in a new contract with the discount applied until December 2026, but I keep receiving reminder emails that my contract is ending and that I'll need to re-contract or pay a higher price. 

Can anyone shed any light on wth is going on with my bills here as I'm confused and Virgin support have been useless
