Pre-Contract documents received but I'm not changing contract

Hi there,

I have just received some "Pre-Contract Documents", but I am not changing contract. I had a look through the various renewal offers yesterday, but I did not click to order. Please can you confirm that I am not changing my contract, or package?

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

    A button to order would have been pressed, possibly accidentally, this is because the documents have been sent to you.

    However, just don't click on 'accept contract' and it won't go through :).

      Thanks John, but there's no button to click marked "accept contract" so I am worried that somehow it's been accepted already. Is there a way of confirming that it has not been accepted?
