Potential of damage to cables
Not sure if this is a county council issue whom I have already reported or Virgin who may well also need to inform Northumberland county council. The area of concern is at post code NE625DU Olympia Avenue.
The Hippuris plant also known as Mares Tale is renouned for ability to grow through tarmac Virgin media recently laid fiber under path to which the plant growing and spreading issue will worsen in time and compromise the service of the entire local estate. Been a Virgin customer I do not wish to occur. The effected 15m stretch of path is next to a disgarded plot of land not mentained by council causing the evasive plant to spread and my advise would be to reconcrete the effected area as re tarmacing will only see a repeat of issue
