Payment Plan and DRO
I am on an active DRO [Debt Relief Order] which has discharged me of any debt owed to Virgin Media. Yet they have still disconnected me because I haven't made any payment towards the payment plan I was on. I was also under the assumption that I was on one of their Essential Broadband tarriffs as I had succesfully applied for it, and received the paperwork for it. I have attempted to explain the situation via phone to the collections team, but they are based outside the country and didn't seem to have a clue what I was on about. How can I get my services back again?
