Payment Plan and DRO

I am on an active DRO [Debt Relief Order] which has discharged me of any debt owed to Virgin Media. Yet they have still disconnected me because I haven't made any payment towards the payment plan I was on. I was also under the assumption that I was on one of their Essential Broadband tarriffs as I had succesfully applied for it, and received the paperwork for it. I have attempted to explain the situation via phone to the collections team, but they are based outside the country and didn't seem to have a clue what I was on about. How can I get my services back again?

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your services right now. 

    We wouldn't be able to help further from here with this issue, you would need to speak to the collections team as they're the only team that can help with payment plan issues.
