Payment plan

Afternoon I'm looking to cancel my virgn media account and subscription due to moving home and can no longer afford it. I have a overdue balance and have been given a disconnect charge on top of that but want to cancel it all and set up a payment plan to pay what I would owe is this possible

    So sorry to hear of your concerns with your billing and that you've decided to cancel with us. 

    We aren't able to arrange any sort of payment or payment plans via community forums. We recommend calling 0345 454 1111 (or 150 from a Virgin Media landline) and asking to be directed to the collections team to see what they're able to do for you on this.
