Payment keep being taken out of my bank

I have had a couple of mobiles with virgin media. So there were 4 payments each month. 2 or the mobiles and 2 for contract.  One I still have. I had a call 14 months ago with a company called "my.plan" saying they were taking over virgin. So I thought ok I have not much choice if that how virgin were doing it. So I started a contract there. But I have now realised that for the last 14 virgin have still been taking the same money every month as well as my.plan. I can't get through to anyone to sort it out.

Any idea's

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.

    This sounds very much like a Freesyle contract, where you pay 2 charges each month.

    One for the handset loan and the other for your tariff.

    Can we please ask if your spoken with our Freestyle team directly on this number 0345 234 0753

    They may be shut now but will be open from 8 am onwards tomorrow.
