Paying for TNT

So have you been sorted now ? says your problem is sorted and that is your affair .. watching TNT ? .. paying extra extra ? I was shafted by VM and had to pay the extra despite assurances by the lying English female CS agent that contract would be honoured and VM would  NOT increase my package .. how wrong I was .. scoundrels all the lot of them

I did raise a complaint and had a letter from VM asking me to provide recorded evidence of the conversation with the CS agent .. I just had a conversation with her and I did not record the conversation .. I was taken in and felt comfortable at that time..with what I was told by her so I have no evidence and VM say that they could not find of the CS conversation with me .. they would say that  wouldnt they ..so they dropped the case / complaint.... as a long standing customer I am so aggrieved by this ....  VM have cost themselves some money here I will not be renewing and will go elsewhere.. may I further add that Openreach and BRSK have extended their FTTP empires just 10 yards from my front door ... asking for my business which I will oblige one ot them as soon as .

Without passing any comment on the merits or otherwise, of your complaint, just because VM claim to have dropped investigations, does not mean that needs to be the end of it.

The standard process here is that you can request a deadlock letter from VM, this enables you to take the case to external arbitration and let ADR (currently Ombudsman Services) decide either way. If they refuse, you can wait 8weeks from when your complaint was opened, and refer without needing the letter.
