Password Reset

I have forgotten my password for my online account and have been unable to access it for almost 2 months.

i have had multiple calls with customer services but they still have not resolved my issue.

My question is has anyone had similar issues? A password reset is, in my book, one of the most simple things to do.

I am receiving possibly the worst customer service I have ever had from any company. I have had, an open complaint for 3 weeks and still no one has been in touch.

Any ideas on how I can get a successful resolution?
