Password Reset

Hello, we are trying to set up my wife's email account, but the password has been forgotten.

could we get the password reset for [REMOVED]@blueyonder.co.uk  only please?

Please don't reset my email password [REMOVED]@bluyoner.co.uk please!

    We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with the password for your wife's email account.

    Is she trying to access the email account via a third party app such as outlook for example?

    Is there a forgotten password option?
