Password reset.

Hi, i have an elderly family member who's contract is up for renewal but has forgot their password to log on to the account. They have tried the reset password by email but the email never arrives. We have tried multiple times. Any help is appreciated.

    We're sorry to hear about the problem your family member is having 😔

    Given they're not receiving any e-mails, have they tried clicking on the "Forgot your email address?" link and following the advice provided to check the e-mail address set as their My Virgin Media username is definitely what they think it is?
