When trying to change password I get to the Virgin O2 page which loops continuously with 'Wait a moment displayed'. Tried several times with same result. Ideas plaeas

Not sure if my issue is the same, but I can't even access my VM account as it says my email is invalid - even though it is an mailto:xxx@virginmedia.com address that VM itself uses to send me messages.
