Paperless billing

I have been trying to switch to paperless billing.  Options don’t work.  Can you help?

    Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry for any issue you've had with switching to paperless billing. 

    Can you expand on what happens when you try to do this via your online account?

      Hi Martin

      These are the instructions:  

      1. Sign in to Your Account

      2. Select My profile at the top of the page

      3. Go to the eBilling section and select Switch to eBilling

      4. Follow the instructions to complete your registration

      When I sign in there is no option to switch to e-billing.

  • I have cancelled paper billing several times yet I am still being billed £1.75 for it
