I have the same problem, logging into https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/home the page just hangs.
I have tried clearing the cache and cookies in Chrome and also tried logging in using firefox where I have never logged into virgin media before - same thing happens, the login page just hangs, there is no error message and chrome is constantly using CPU time, so chrome is running.
If there is a solution to this problem, please could the solution be posted on this forum so that other people do not have to keep posting requests for the solution. Thanks.

Sorry to hear of the link seemingly not working.
Does this happen on any alternative devices at all?
I've attempted to open the link on my laptop without issue - using Chrome and a Virgin Media Wi-Fi connection.
Can you please confirm how long this has been effecting you?

Hello David,
This issue is since I completed initial sign up.
I have had tried several more times at logging in, and this evening, success! Oddly, the page I was taken to was the complete registration page https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/register/complete-profile - which I had previously completed (I had made a note of the security question and answer), but I notice that this time, on completion, I receieved an email confirming registration, which I didn't receive previously.
So perhaps the login issue was related to a glitch with the registration process - perhaps the registration process might need to be investigated for bugs.

Just today. I have a desktop computer running Windows 10. & Firefox. Fine yesterday not fine today. Not Wi fi. Just a wired in BB connection.
