Package renewal sent to the wrong email address

Hi,

I renewed my contract last week and realised I didn't receive a confirmation email, I tried again and nothing. When I checked I realised the email confirmation was sent to an email that it active anymore. I haven't been able to get through on live chat or phone, and I saw people had luck this way. I was wondering what would be the best way to get this fixed?
