Package renewal issue

I renewed my package (TV/Internet/phone), kept it exactly same on 17/12/2024. Had a new contract and a confirmation email but nothing changed so I have been overcharged on my January direct debit. Trying to resolve this but the web chat people are flatly refusing to honour the contract I was sent and want me to sign up for a new, more expensive package

    The renewal, was this offered via your online account? Do you still have a copy of the offer and agreement?
