Package change charge

 Hi, I have just had a package charge and I know nothing of this, do you know what it would be for? How do I get in touch with virgin so I can talk to a human too? The app makes it very hard to contact anyone and I just went round in a circle with the WhatsApp bot.

        My broadband is the same, it’s just weird, do you think it’s a price hike?

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with your bill showing a change cost. 

    Had you contacted us at all on the 2nd January or does your contract/communications advise of any discounts expiring at all on the 2nd Jan?

      Hi Carley, no not at all. I haven’t actually tried to contact virgin other than when it was initially set up last year.

        I just thought the only thing I’ve done is change my direct debit date from the 20th to the 28th, could that be why? But I did that in December not on the 2nd Jan.
