Overcharging? Confused

On the 2nd December I paid 81.28. 

Yesterday I had a look at my latest bill and VM is now asking me for 154.69. No way.

There have been other times I have been completely confused by the billing and worry that I'm being overcharged.

This is the reason I'm cautious about setting up a direct debit with the company and would rather pay manually.

I've deducted 81.28 from 154.69 which leaves 73.41.

I've rounded this up to £74 and expect this to show properly on my account soon when I pay this amount in the next few minutes.

Does anyone else find the billing method confusing?

  • So I've just paid £74, I've received an email acknowledging this but also reminding me that I also owe another £80.69.
