Ordered wrong product
Can someone please help me? I am a new broadband customer but when I ordered I accidentally ordered Volt500 instead of Volt1gb. I am have had three separate chats with customer support that lasted hours to get my order changed post installation but its like banging my head against a wall. I also called through on phone and the same thing. They just kept passing me from Customer service to Retention Team and Sales Team and none could help.
I am still in cooling off period and I am now thinking maybe i should just cancel my contract because my experience with customer service has been really bad.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
