Online renewals not working??

I see so many other people in this forum are having the same issue as me.

Renewed my contract online, received emails from virgin media confirming however account not updated and when contacting customer services they tell me there's nothing on their end. And they can only offer a more expensive deal.

Why doesnt this work? Has renewing online worked for anyone at all? Frustrating.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the online renewal.
    When renewing online, it can take up to 14 days for the changes to go through.

    Has it been 14 days since you've made the change?
    Let us know and we can go on from there.

    No it hasn't been 14 days yet. Just frustrating when you know your contract is coming to an end and the online account says you have no orders. I just want to be sure if this is going through
