Online renewal Offer not acknowledged

My contract is due for renewal shortly and when logging into my account yesterday there was a renewal offer at same price and content.  I accepted offer and submitted order and got back an order number and statement saying I will get an instant email confirmation.  But no email, I contacted chat line on whatsapp chat but they couldnt confirm or otherwise, just said sure its okay, just need to wait.  Next day the offer was still there and again accepted, new order number but no confirmation email.  It seems the online offers aren't being processed.  Any advice please as in limbo now as to whether Ive renewed or not.
