Online contract renewal issue
I recently renewed my contract online (8th Jan) but received an email (16th Jan) saying that as I have unpaid balance on my account the order can’t go ahead. I have been a customer for 20 years and pay by direct debit, never missing a payment. My next direct debit has gone out today and I have been charged a higher price as my new contract hasn't been activated. I was asked to call 0800 052 2180 to sort this out and rang on Saturday to get an answer phone message that they were closed and to ring back Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. I have tried to ring today, at 12:50pm, to get the same message that they are closed and to ring back Monday to Friday. Could someone please contact me to tell me how I am supposed to speak to the team who should be answering this number?
