Online Contract Renewal Issue
Good evening,
Through My Virgin Media, I recently accepted the renewal option online as my contract is set to expire in just over a month. Received the email with the pre contract information as well as the email with the order reference for this too. Fast forward 16 days when I sign in to My Virgin Media there is no sign of an updated contract and the renewal option is still available for me to click on.
Becoming a tad concerned as next bill is due out in a few days and don't want to be giving Virgin an additional £60 odd quid to have to wait to get it back the following month.
Is this a common issue when it comes to online renewals?
