Online Chat

Moving home and wanted to arrange via online chat? 

But the button is not taking me to this when clicked on! 

advise pls and thank you

    Did you use the chat messenger on the https://www.virginmedia.com/help/moving-home page?

    It may be because it's Sunday and the department is either closed or only managing the phones and not the messenger systems. VM, like most companies prioritise phone calls and pull staff from other duties to man the phone lines.

    It's also possible that you have a pop up blocker turned on which prevents the messenger working.

    You could also try a new browser or incognito window.

    There should have been a messsage from the bot, even if closed.
