online acc

hi went on live chat about week ago as i want a to use a new email to register online acc,as i never used the other one so they said they would get in touch to resolve the issue but havent,   in the meantime i had to ring them to sort out my broadband issue ,which had been off for 10 days,im hard of hearing which is why i dont like phoning ,so i ended up on a new contract which i didnt want,i now have a big volt bundle which is a complete waste of time as live on my own,also add on called homeworks ,no idea what that is,i also got charged £16 for the phone call

    We're sorry you haven't received the call back and we're sorry you're unhappy with the new contract discussed. 

    With regards to the online account, have you registered for the online account previously? Are you referring to a new email username for the Virgin Media O2 ID?

    Did the team advise why the broadband had been off for 10 days?

    Was the new contract taken within the last 14 days?

  • i probably did register an acc many years ago,or somebody helped me set it up,im guessing virgin media o2 id is what im after ,so i can login to my acc and see what package im on,all the details went to my other email acc which i cant login to as i  to as i cant remember the email,it took a week to send out a new router as that was the fault,i  got a boost on my broadband which wasnt needed,and im having problems with this router as every time i switch on my laptop it keeps disconnnecting,,it will be over 14 days now since my new contract now ,which is probably worse than the last contract i had,and im not phoning up as it cost me about £16 the last time

    Another case of a customer calling for help, and instead being pushed onto an expensive new contract they didn't want or need.
