Online / App password reset not working

Hi,

I’m pretty sure this issue has been discussed before but I couldn’t find the thread.

I have forgotten my password to access my online account or indeed to access the vm app. I clicked ‘forgot password’ and was told a link was on its way and that I should wait approx 10 mins, however, nothing has arrived after a week of waiting. I called yesterday, but they were unable to get the issue resolved despite multiple attempts.

Can anybody please help me to find out how to change my online password.

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with accessing My VM, and resetting the password. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
