Old account showing on app.

Hello,

I'm trying to access my new account on the app as I keep having intermittent internet drops and cannot get support on this as my old account keeps showing on my app. Would someone please assist me with a Move and Transfer so that I can get the support I require.

Very frustrating that I am paying for a service and struggling to get the help I need.

    Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the old account showing on the application.

    Can you please confirm if you have registered for a new account since moving into your new property?

    When a customer relocates their services, a new account number and on occasion area reference number is provided.

    I have a new account but it's linked to the same email address as my old account.

    I moved out of my old place last year and then moved in to my current place now in March. I signed up online and not through the app so I have a new account number but cannot see this account on the app o ly my old one.

      Thanks for coming back to me packetlossfree.

      A work around that can be utilised is changing the email address on the old account to an alternative E-Mail account and then creating/logging into the new account with the desired E-Mail address. 

      This will ensure their is no cross over in login details of the former and newly active account.

      Feel free to keep us posted packetlossfree 

      It may be worth clearing cache and/or cookies on the browser if this isn't successful at the first attempt of logging into the new account.
