Sorry to hear that you've not had Volt benefits applied to your Virgin Media service.
How did you apply for Volt benefits, please? Was this through your O2 online account? When checking your O2 account, does it mention that Volt has been applied already?
Also, please can you double check how your addresses are shown on both your O2 and Virgin Media account, they must match completely for the system to identify the eligibility. This includes any extra information or added commas and such.

Hi, didn’t apply just automatically went on my o2 account, on top of the data it says volt data, yes addresses are the same on both virgin and o2 accounts,
when I click on unlock your volt benefits on virgin website the next page just says “oops something went wrong”
