My contract ended on 30 Nov 2024 and requested the prepaid package twice. Today VM sent me an email saying that the package should have arrived. However, I have not received anythIng. There is no yodel trackIng number.
What can I do? Thank you.

The delays that you're experiencing are due to an incident at a warehouse operated by one of our third-party suppliers, some customers are experiencing delays receiving their orders. We are working with our partner to expedite deliveries as soon as possible, have directly contacted those customers affected to apologise and will keep them updated.

I have not been contacted for this. Instead I got a message: your prepaid package should have arrived.
However, after requesting 3 times, I still have .ot received it. Is there any other way to return it?
I tried to return in O2 store but the staff said they do not deal with VM equipment.

Hi, I made an account to say that I'm also in the same situation!
My contract also ended on 30th Nov 2024, and I have tried several times to get prepaid packaging sent to me so I can send back my equipment. I also keep getting messages from Virgin that there have been delays with sending out the packaging.
However, today I got an email saying that if I do not return the equipment by 30th December 2024 I will be charged! It has been impossible for me to return the equipment, and so this is really unfair. Please fix this situation.

I got the message today and said that if I do not return the kit, I would be charged 130 pounds. However, i have not received any prepaid package.
