Not received confirmation of order

Hi,

I placed an order for a 2Gb Fibre Powered Broadband on the 10/01/2025 and a loaded tv , but have not received anything regarding the order confirmation other than emails containing a contract and offers.

    Loaded TV is available with VM Ireland.  These forums are VM UK.

    Contact details for VM IE are available on the following page, including an online chat messenger although that probably only works during normal office hours.
