Non-Fault Engineer Visit

Hi, is it possible to organise a non-fault engineer visit through this forum?  Is there a set charge?  Moving a room around and need to move the location of where the cable comes into the wall for a secondary TV. Thanks.

  • Hi gstran 👋.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, yes we can arrange an engineer for a relocation of your equipment. So that we can get this arranged we would need to bring you in for a private message, please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.

    Thanks.

      Hi Biggaz1351

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of any issues booking this in. There is a relocation cost of £25. I'll send you a PM now to arrange this.

  • You'll need to ring in.  £25 is the charge for a non fault call out.
