No way to reset memorable word

Hi I've been on a chat trying to resolve something but as part of security they need my memorable word which I've forgotten. 

In my account there's no option to reset it in the security section. Have cleared the cache but still not appearing.

    We're sorry to hear about the problem you're having 😔

    You should be able to edit your memorable word by going to "Account settings" then "My Virgin Media account details".

    What's showing within that particular section of your My Virgin Media account?

      The location has changed under the new sign in system:

      To change your telephone password, just follow these steps:

      Sign in with your Virgin Media O2 ID

      Go to Account settings, and then ID settings

      Tap Manage your products 

      Head to the Virgin Media account section and tap Telephone password

      Follow the on-screen instructions
