No service 3 months still no support from Resolution team

Had no service for 3 months 

have spent 6 hours 45 minutes on calls but failing to resolve 

Enginner failed to show 2 separate occasion 

last appointment this week - same day they send a text early evening cancellation of appointment and pushed out further 4 weeks 

customer service do not respond even the escallation team manger failed to call back

Virgin expect me to continue to pay for a service I have not got whilst I wait for them to resolve the issue before they will refund the DD 

now in 4 month 

looking at this site I’m not the only one experiencing the complete Shamble’s they call customer service 

THIS IS COMPLETELY Disgusting. 

and virgin just do not care.

    I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of service over the last 3 months.

    Can we please ask if you've been advised what the actual issue is? It sounds like the external cabling die to the length of time this has been ongoing.

    Look forward to hearing back from you.
