No renewal offer ... don't want to jump from £68 to £192

I've tried the online discussion and WhatsApp chats but renewal offer is still over £100.  I'm happy to downgrade from Mega TV 3 but I am told to wait until day before contract expires to make contact.  As my billing date is a week before this I don't want a huge bill.  Can anyone advise on how to get the offer below?

    Can't press option 4 etc any more.  You have to answer questions.

    Anyway after 48 minutes, I got offers of £110 for same as now,  £132 without sports and movies etc.  Finally through to retention team, asked to get to my budget price and she delivered...  Mega pack with sky sports and movies, Netflix with ads, second box and Gig 1 (same as now bar the adverts on Netflix) for 80p cheaper than now!!!

    As an existing user you are not able to select from the website offers. They are only to tempt new users. 

    What you can do is find offers at your postcode from other suppliers, and use them to negotiate on the "thinking of leaving us" line at VM.
