No payment taken this month

Long story short, at end of contract I changed my package to remove the TV service and go Internet and Phone only at a cost of £37 pcm.

After a bit of back and forth and incorrect bills, I was informed that my payments would look like this going forward:

  • 15 May £47.50
  • 15 Jun £0
  • 15 Jul £24.83
  • 15 Aug onwards £37.00 

However, 15 May came and went and no payment has been taken. The direct debit is still in place and my services are still working (except the TV obviously) and I have had no messages about non-payment, so what is going on?

I suspect that the £0 amount on 15 Jun has been applied to this month but that was not what I was told.

Suppose I will wait until 15 Jun and see what happens then!
