No longer receiving emails from VM

Afternoon,

I've spoken to 3 different Virgin Media agents but i'm none the wiser. In a nutshell, I have an ntlworld email account and since July i have not received any emails from Virgin Media. Each month i would receive an email with the subject line "Your virgin media bill is ready" but for the past few months nothing. The third VM agent i spoke to said the tech department told him they no longer send the monthly billing emails. Can someone confirm whether that is true? I no longer even get the occasional mailers VM send out about channel changes or new shows.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    We're sorry to hear you no longer receive emails from us. 

    We do still send a monthly email to advise customers when their bill is ready to view online. 

    Are these emails now going to any junk or spam folder instead?

    Have you changed your contact email address with us?

      Good Afternoon Vikki,

      Thank you for confirming that you do still send out emails. I had a feeling i was being given wrong information. The emails are not going to any junk or spam folder nor have i changed my contact email.
