I happily talked to VM customer services over live chat at the weekend but yesterday and today I haven't been able to bring up the window at all and I've tried every hour or so during opening hours.
I have checked my pop up settings but I haven't changed anything and it was working on Saturday.
Is there are problem?
Is anyone else having this issue?
It appears to open, however, very quickly disappears!

but clicking on the Chat to us online button just did nothing. Sigh.
