No link for new contract offer

I have so far spent hours of my life trying find a link to accept the offer made to me with pre contract information to take over when my current contract expires.  

My efforts so far to get thru to support/confirmation have been unsuccessful as 

- phone calls go thru a google assistant and the 10 - 12 variations I have tried cannot get me thru. 

- there is no link in the pre contract emails to accept the deal ?
- there is no menu (I think) that has these offers for me to see or accept. 
- it is literally impossible to contact Virgin. I’m now at the point of moving tom someone else, just out of pure frustration. Why is it so hard?

      I renewed mine on the 5th got the pre contracts straight away , but the contract only came yesterday , so might just be delayed

        Thanks for posting your experience regarding your renewal, we have been made aware of some renewals offered and accepted that weren't automatically applied to accounts. These are currently in the process of being manually applied which is causing some delays.

        We appreciate all customers patience during this time.
